Política de frete

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

Delivery time. Most items ship from our partner warehouses overseas and typically arrive within 10–20 business days after processing. A selection of items ships from US warehouses and arrives faster — when that's the case, the quicker estimate is shown on the product page before you buy.

 

Shipping cost. Free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or US territories.

 

Order tracking. Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

 

Split shipments. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages (at no extra cost to you).

 

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at support@shopnesttidy.com within 12 hours of placing the order and we'll do our best to correct it before shipment. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

 

Delays. Occasionally carriers experience delays beyond our control (weather, peak season). If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us and we'll make it right.
